Grid Drop gameplay: a piece being dragged onto the board, with the row it would complete highlighted

The rules

Simple to learn. Hard to put down.

Three pieces in the tray, a 10×10 grid and one question every move: where does this go without boxing me in?

No rotation

Every orientation is its own piece. You can’t spin your way out — you have to leave room for it.

Rows and columns

Complete a line in either direction. Clear several at once and the points climb fast.

Keep the streak

Clear again within your next three moves and the combo multiplies every line you score.

Stones in the way

Later levels start with loose stone blocks already on the board. Lines clear them like anything else.

Made for thumbs

Pieces lift above your finger while you drag, so you always see the gap you’re aiming at.

Tracker soundtrack

Fourteen classic module tunes rotate level by level, over hand-synthesised sound effects.

Pick up where you left

The game saves after every move. Close it mid-level and CONTINUE puts you right back.

Offline, no strings

No ads, no accounts, no timers, no internet needed. Just you and the grid.

Levels & scoring

Every level asks for a little more

A level is a quota of pieces. Place them all and the next one starts on a clean board — with a few more pieces to place and a few more stones in the way.

From level 16 on it holds at 40 pieces and 30 stones. Bigger shapes join the deal as you climb.

Mouse

Drag a piece from the tray. The board shows where it lands and which lines it completes. Let go outside the board and it goes back to the tray.

Touch

Same drag, but the piece floats above your thumb so it never hides the spot you're aiming for. It grows from tray size to board size as you pull it up.
